J\u00e1 taky pat\u0159\u00edm k t\u011bm lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed si d\u00e1vaj\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eet na tom, aby dodr\u017eovali zdrav\u00fd\u00a0\u017eivotn\u00ed\u00a0styl a aby m\u011bli skv\u011bl\u00fd \u017eivot.\u00a0Opravdu\u00a0db\u00e1m na to, abych jedla opravdu m\u011bla dostatek ovoce a zeleniny. Tak\u017ee si nedok\u00e1\u017eu p\u0159edstavit n\u011bjak\u00fd den, kdybych t\u0159eba dneska alespo\u0148 dv\u011b mrkve anebo jablko. Opravdu o sebe pe\u010duji a\u00a0vlastn\u011b\u00a0m\u011b\u00a0to tak\u00e9 bav\u00ed. Ale mus\u00edm uznat, \u017ee ze za\u010d\u00e1tku tento \u017eivotn\u00ed styl byl opravdu hodn\u011b slo\u017eit\u00e9.Proto\u017ee jsem se nedok\u00e1zala soust\u0159edit na to, abych si zapamatovala, kolik ovoce a zeleniny jsem pr\u00e1v\u011b za ten den sn\u011bdla. Nav\u00edc jsem se tak\u00e9 ze za\u010d\u00e1tku musela k zelenin\u011b a ovoci velice nutit. Byla jsem zvykl\u00e1 na sladkosti, a to celkov\u011b na cukrovinky nebo \u010dokol\u00e1dy nebo oplatky. Jenom\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b kv\u016fli obezit\u011b jsem cht\u011bla zm\u011bnit sv\u016fj \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. Tak\u017ee mi trvalo ale asi \u010dty\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce, ne\u017e jsem se odpoutala od chuti a klasick\u00e9ho rafinovan\u00e9ho cukru a p\u0159e\u0161la jsem na takov\u00e9 sladk\u00e9 ovoce, kter\u00e9 je \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e9 tak, aby uspokojilo moje chut\u011b. Mus\u00edm uznat, \u017ee zm\u011bna tohoto \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu m\u011b velice pot\u011b\u0161ila. Za \u010dty\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce jsem shodil a sedm kilogram\u016f. A potom za dal\u0161\u00ed dva m\u011bs\u00edce dal\u0161\u00ed dv\u011b kila, tak\u017ee jsem vlastn\u011b shodila sv\u00e1 necht\u011bn\u00e1 kila,\u00a0kter\u00fdch\u00a0jsme se\u00a0u\u017e\u00a0dlouho cht\u011bla zbavit. Nyn\u00ed se udr\u017euji opravdu v kondici a jsem r\u00e1da, \u017ee jsem se do zm\u011bny \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu pustila, proto\u017ee m\u011b to jenom podpo\u0159ilo v tom, \u017ee kdy\u017e se chce, tak jde v\u0161echno. I v\u00e1m doporu\u010duji zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, proto\u017ee na zm\u011bnu nen\u00ed opravdu nikdy pozd\u011b. Tak\u00e9 m\u011b minule pot\u011b\u0161ilo, kdy\u017e mi m\u016fj p\u0159\u00edtel, \u017ee chce tak\u00e9 zm\u011bnu sv\u00e9ho\u00a0\u017eivotn\u00edho\u00a0stylu. P\u0159\u00edtel cht\u011bl toti\u017e p\u0159estat kou\u0159it,\u00a0tak\u017ee\u00a0ho v tom\u00a0samoz\u0159ejm\u011b\u00a0jenom podporuji. J\u00e1 sama u\u017e t\u0159i roky nekou\u0159\u00edm a uzn\u00e1v\u00e1m, \u017ee je mi l\u00e9pe.
